Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given us two great leaders in the health sector, a very good team (new Health Minister and new State Minister.) I believe the good leadership will move us forward ,elevating  the entire situation. I hope, very soon, there will be a visible paradigm shift in the health sector.”

“A report by the World Health Organization mentioned insufficient manpower in the health sector. It is not possible to provide health services only with doctors and nurses, while 40 percent of the posts of health assistants are vacant in the country. Medicine is a major component in the health sector. We need to focus on quality medicine. The market is full of fake and low -standard medicine all over the country including Dhaka. We need to increase monitoring to stop making fake medicine and its flow in the market” he added.
