Noted actors Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi recently announced the release date of their upcoming film titled “Merry Christmas”. Taking the fans by surprise, both actors shared new alongside a new poster of the film on their social media accounts.
The “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara” star captioned on her post, “We decided to cut short the wait for the Christmas cheer! ‘Merry Christmas’ releasing in theatres near you ON 15th DECEMBER 2023.”
Directed by Sriram Raghavan, the film counts as Katrina and Vijay Sethupathi’s first collaboration. The film also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, and Aditi Govitrikar among others. “Merry Christmas” portrays the story of two unrelated people whose lives were completely overturned on a fine Christmas Eve.
Katrina Kaif was last seen in Gurmmeet Singh’s “Phone Bhoot” and will also be appearing in the upcoming Salman Khan starrer film, “Tiger 3”. Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi last appeared in Vetrimaaran’s film, “Viduthalai”. Actor is also set to appear in Atlee’ “Jawan”, alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
