On Monday, Priyanka Chopra stunned her fans by releasing the first-look photos from her new series “Citadel”, which is executively produced by the Russo brothers. One of the photos that Priyanka shared on social media had a QR code that led to the “Citadel” teaser.
There is a QR code in the photo of actor Richard Madden’s character, Mason Kane, looking at a screen that contains every detail about Priyanka’s character, Nadia Sinh. Scanning the QR code will take you to the series’ secret teaser. Despite the fact that the teaser does not provide any major plot clues, it does hint that the series trailer will be released on March 1.
The teaser video showed Priyanka smiling and Richard Madden staring at someone. As the teaser ended, there were a few glimpses of action sequences. Priyanka will be seen in “Citadel” as a detective named Nadia Sinh.
“Citadel” is a science fiction drama created by the Russo brothers.
“I’m a goofball, so the biggest challenge for me was to be really cool. This was physically and emotionally demanding, but it’s such a fun show to be a part of. It kind of blew my mind. This is something that’s never been attempted on television before, and just the social experiment and the audacity of it were just so exciting to me,” said Priyanka to Vanity Fair.
Priyanka is expected to start shooting for Farhan Akhtar’s directorial debut, “Jee Le Zaraa”, in 2023. The film will also star Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in lead roles in an all-female road trip story.
