Despite defying rumours of collaborations with Sayantika Banerjee, “Antor Jala” actor Zayed Khan had been spotted shooting with the actress in Cox’s bazar for Taju Kamrul’s “Chayabaz”.Earlier on August 9, the actor bluntly denied the rumours, saying, “I don’t know anything about acting with Sayantika in a new film yet.
I recently returned to Bangladesh from the United States and am currently enjoying my time in my hometown. I don’t know anything about working with this heroine yet. I’ll let you know if anything concerning this comes up.”
However, in a recent conversation with this newspaper, the actor clarified the issue. “Earlier on, I didn’t have any talks with the director, I just signed the film a few days ago. I couldn’t say anything about the film as I hadn’t signed up for the movie at that time. This is the first time that I will be acting with an actress from Kolkata,” said the actor. Mentionable, Sayantika Banerjee has previously been featured in Indo-Bangladesh joint venture “Naqaab” (2018), where she shared the screen with Shakib Khan.
