State Minister for Women and Child Affairs and Awami League Presidium Member Simeen Hussain (Rimi) distributed money to the needy and poor people at Kapasia Upazila Parishad in Gazipur. She gave Tk 7 lakh to them from her discretionary fund.
This cash assistance is provided to 47 needy and poor people in various fields including educational assistance, medical assistance and livestock rearing. In this aid program, Tk 7 lakh was distributed with a minimum of 6000 taka and a maximum of 35000 taka for per person.
