There are seven crore skilled workforce and almost three crore unemployed men are in the country also. Former Engineer at Bangladesh Power Development Board, DM Majibur Rahman has invented a method as imparting training for unemployed and providing certificate for the skilled workforce.
His method does not require any new training centers; no hiring of new trainers; and even no training materials will be required. This can be implemented only through hands-on training. The only mandatory thing is the conscious and rational decision of the head of the government.
If his invented method is implemented, about 3 crore unemployed people can be brought under employment in five years. By employing the trained population in different countries of the world, it will be possible to collect about ten times more remittances than at present.
