Hasina Autism Child Care observes International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD)

International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) was observed by Hasina Autism Child Care on 3rd December. The program was organized at Hasina Autism Child Care premises included discussion meeting and exchange of ideas, cake cutting and rally with disabled children and teenagers. The founder of Hasina Autism Child Care, Hasina Rahman Simi supervised the program. President of the board of directors, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed, along with Sumaiya Rahman Shrestha, Hosne Ara Minu, Alamin Rabbi, Khokon Gazi and Md. Mujahid were present. Hasina Rahman Simu addressed the guests and parents who came to the event, saying,” We celebrate this day every year with the aim of spreading awareness about disability and uplifting the status of special people, protecting their rights and bringing progress in their life. Special people struggle to survive.”

“We have not been able to ensure a completely special people friendly environment in educational institutions, workplaces, public transport and roads. The employment path is also a rough track for them. We are working with the government for them” she added.
