The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shepherd Industries PLC was held on 27th December 2023 at 03:30 P.M through Digital Platform.

Mr. Chung Wen Kuei, Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company chaired the meeting while Managing Director Mr. Kao Wen Fu, Nominee Directors Mr. Kao Chen Tsai & Mr. Yang Ming Te, Independent Director Mr. Md. Delwar Hossain, Executive Director & CFO Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman,

and Company Secretary Mr. Mohammad Maruf Bin Wali of the Company were joined in the Virtual Annual General Meeting.

A large number of shareholders joined in the virtual meeting and approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 30th June 2023, Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report thereon

and also approved 5% Cash Dividend for the General Public Shareholders other than Sponsors and Directors.
