Bangladesh face Nepal in 2nd match tomorrow

Bangladesh women’s football team face theirNepalese counterpart in the second and ultimate match of two-match FIFAInternational Women’s Football Series scheduled to be held tomorrow (Sunday)at Birshreshtha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city’s Kamalapur.

State-owned Bangladesh Television will telecast the match live that kicks off
at 5.30 pm.

Earlier, on Thursday last, the first match between the two sides ended in a1-1 goal draw, despite Bangladesh took early lead in the match courtesy of skipper Sabina Khatun’s lone goal.

But, Nepal staged a brilliant fight back denying Bangladesh’s certain victory scoring a goal in the dying moment of the match.
