President of Gowainghat Upazila Awami League Mohammad Ibrahim Ali died of old age complications at a hospital here last night (Saturday). He was at 82.
Veteran freedom fighter Mohmammad Ibrahim Ali left four sons, one daughter and many more to mourn his death.
He will be buried after namaj-e-janaja to be held in Toakul Shahi Eidgaon field in the Upazila around 3 pm.
Expatriates Welfare and Oversees Minister Imran Ahmad, Presidium Member of Bangladesh Awami League Syeda Jubunnesa Haque and Organising Secretary Shafiul Alam Chowdhury Nadel condoled the death of Mohammad Ibrahim Ali.
