Shawon’s brainchild “To-Let Book.Com”

Shawon’s initiative, “To-Let Book,” is quite innovative. He believes that dwelling  places can earn classy, well decorated status, lifestyle can be much easier and this is the driving force behind his venture, To-Let Book.Com.
When asked why he started this initiative, Shawon explained, “In our country, the modernization of the real estate(living society)  sector has not been decorated yet. Environmental damage due to paper posters, the deterioration of society’s environment – all these problems are on the rise.   Living spaces will be clean, free from pollution, and safe.
At the entrance to society, we are providing a free digital To-Let ID display Board, a free To-Let system, along with a multi-functional versatile  facilities consisting  online property ID, a review system, emergency support, and property status options.
Status option displays the updated status of cleanliness of living property  along with mosquito control in every house, are being managed efficiently through a monthly subscription. This helps maintain cleanliness of property along with society and other people to choose the right house for rent.
He further elaborated on how their service would make life much easier for people, saying, “The To-Let Board we are providing is completely free and eco friendly. Homeowners will reduce their expenses for to-let and worries at once, as they can reach the necessary emergency services through the online property ID.
We are also providing one fire extinguisher in every building where our service is being used. All this information is synchronized with each To-Let ID, and we are presenting the ID on digital boards. All information can be obtained by searching the ID.Smart solution for smart society regarding finding suitable home and society becomes  beautiful, safe, and digital.
Shawon’s journey started with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the American International University -Bangladesh and further completed  a postgraduate degree in Marketing Department  from Dhaka University.
While he initially began his career in a private company, his strong desire to be an entrepreneur to solve the country’s problems led him to start To-Let Book.Com. By focusing on modernizing the To-Let system and improving the environment in residential areas, he aims to create a portion  smart Bangladesh.
When asked about future plans, Shawon said, “Once a specific number of societies are onboard, we will launch the app. We will also begin setting up digital To-Let boards within the premises of every university. We want the government to support this initiative because we are working to make the city more sustainable.
Currently, a team of 15 people in the office and over a hundred field workers are managing To-Let Book.Com’s operations in Dhaka’s Mohakhali area. However, if their building management service spreads rapidly, they believe it’s possible to create over 3000 job opportunities by 2024.
