Afridi–Kamal–DB Harun ‘Masterplan’ Surfaces in Munia murder case

Murder Not an Isolated Case…

The controversial Munia murder case has taken a dramatic turn following the arrest of content creator Touhid Afridi in connection with a July Movement murder case. Freshly leaked phone conversations between Afridi and Munia, along with new allegations from another female victim, have pointed to a deeper conspiracy.

Analysts believe Afridi’s frequent visits to Munia’s residence, including one occasion when he admitted to meeting her while drunk, suggest that the circumstances surrounding her death were far more complex than initially portrayed. A female complainant has publicly stated that Afridi threatened her, saying she would end up like Munia. Netizens are increasingly convinced of Afridi’s direct involvement in Munia’s death.

According to multiple accounts, Afridi, along with Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, Law Minister Anisul Huq, and DB’s Harun-or-Rashid, orchestrated a plot to falsely implicate top businessman Sayem Sobhan Anvir in the case. Police investigations later found no link between Anvir and Munia’s death. Observers suggest the motive was to frame the wealthy businessman, extract large sums of money, and divert attention during the volatile post-July Movement period.

The speed of the legal proceedings has also raised questions. Within just 14 hours of the case being filed, a court—allegedly under the influence of Anisul Huq—issued a travel ban against Anvir and others. Experts argue that such unprecedented haste demonstrates the pre-planned nature of the conspiracy.

Several phone conversations between Afridi and Munia have now gone viral on social media. The discussions show Afridi arranging late-night meetings, admitting to being drunk, and making suggestive remarks. In one conversation, Afridi assured Munia he would “pick her up at night.” In another, he said he was “coming from Intercontinental Hotel” and was “a little drunk,” to which Munia responded casually. These conversations are now being treated as significant evidence of Afridi’s personal connection with Munia.

A separate report has revealed disturbing allegations against Afridi. During the July Movement, he allegedly tried to coerce popular content creators to act in support of the government. Several women have also accused him of promising marriage in exchange for relationships.

One woman, speaking to media on condition of anonymity, alleged that Afridi abruptly abandoned her after a long relationship and later threatened her with “disappearance” from the DB office. She claimed Afridi directly threatened her, saying she would “end up like Munia.”

The emerging evidence, including Afridi’s leaked conversations, testimony from other women, and his arrest in separate murder and firearms cases, has shifted focus toward him as the prime suspect in Munia’s mysterious death. Investigators and experts now argue that the case was deliberately manipulated to protect the real perpetrators and to exploit the situation for political and financial gain.

As events unfold, what once appeared to be a straightforward case of suicide-turned-homicide has now been recast as a high-profile conspiracy involving political figures, law enforcement, and opportunists. The revelations suggest that Munia’s death may not have been an isolated tragedy, but part of a much larger and darker scheme.
