Among all the departments under the Security Services Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Fire Service and Civil Defence has been awarded for implementation of Annual Performance Agreement (APA) in FY 2022-23. At the same time, Director General of Fire Service and Civil Defence , Brigadier General Md. Main Uddin, BSP (Bar), NDC, PSC, G, M Phil, received the ‘Shuddhachar Puroshkar’ for the fiscal year 2023-2024 among all departments under the Security Service Department.

on Monday, June 24, the annual performance agreement of the deputy directors of the departments was signed with the Directorate of Fire Service and Civil Defence in the conference room of the Directorate. On this occasion, the departmental deputy directors and all the officers expressed sincere congratulations and greetings to the Director General of Department of Fire Service and Civil Defence.
In a brief speech, the Director General expressed his sincere gratitude to the Honorable Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Senior Secretary of the Security Services Department, the former Secretary and all concerned for this. He sincerely thanked the officers and employees of the department at all levels for this and said that this achievement was possible as a result of the collective efforts of all.
He said, this achievement has made us more responsible in public service. Motivated by this achievement, he urged all the forces to work with honesty, dedication and professional attitude to build the smart Bangladesh of the future.
